ANDREW DASSO: STREAMLINE ARCHITECTS 55LB FATLOSS


As an entrepreneur Andrew operates an architecture design firm, owns a custom furniture fabrication company and 3 coffee shops. 

On top of that Andrew is a committed husband and present father to 3 daughters under the age of 12. 

He had major concerns that his demands in business and time limitations would prevent him being able to lose the weight. To say he was busy and dealing with stress was an understatement. 

When he reached out for support his health, fitness, and physique was NOT where it should be. His weight was at an all time high of 240, and a blood panel indicated elevated liver enzymes.

THE PLAN

1. IDENTIFIED HIS BIG-WHY: His core driver was performing as a businessman, setting an example for his kids, and ending generational alcoholism.

2. INSTALLED GUARANTEED MINIMUM STANDARDS & HARD LINES: Incrementally manipulated specific nutrition, training, alcohol and lifestyle KPIs to steadily and consistently drive progress over time.

3. TRAINING: Due to time constraints, leveraged 3 Full Body Workouts done at home each week. Doubling down on the most effective and efficient exercises while focusing on progressive overload.

4. ALCOHOL: Moved from habitual to intentional drinking, while systemically reducing volume and frequency.

5. NUTRITION: Initially leveraged Photo Food Journalling to Audit nutrition. Discontinued once Go To Meal built around simple portion control frameworks were established.

6. STEP-COUNT: Periodically supplemented w/ row-machine or spin bike to meet minimum standard.

7. KPIs TRACKED: Workout data, photo food journal, multi-day/week weight checks, average daily step count, average hourly nightly sleep, weekly alcohol consumption, monthly circumference measurement and photo progress

THE KEY FACTOR

Every coaching call I asked Andrew, “is anything we’re doing feeling crazy or heavy?” 

The answer was always NO. 

If you are as busy as Andrew, that answer is the ONLY path to sustainable success.
